What is the white dot?

I found a white dot(about 2millimeter) on my 2 months old daugther's stomach recently. I wonder what it could be.
Is it some kind of skin disease and is it spreading to some other parts? What is the cause of this white spot?
Please help me to find the answer.Thanks

I too have just noticed 2 white dots, they are skin color but one is on her tummy and one on her knee. she is 4 and been diagnosed with IP
