Under arm breast tissue

I have an excessive amount of breast tissue under my arms.  These lumps are very painful.  Is there a surgery that can be done to remove them and insurance will cover it?

This tissue can be surgical removed and sometimes successfully reduced with liposuction.  Insurance will not cover this procedure unless you can prove that there is a functional problem associated with the condition.
