im 40 years old i have been feeling stressed, tied, jealousy, angry, i cant sleep at night, very tearfull, my period are very light, i can flip over anything at all, i need help as i feel so miserable and my realationship is in the balance. i hope you can suggest something to help.

You have already made a diagnosis....the syndrom you describe is quite often a result of hormone change...You should get your hormone levels checked by a gynecologist, and go from there. This is a very treatable situation.
