PVC and concerns

Hi
I am 45 yearss old and have experience missed beats since from time to time since 1990's. I undergo stress test every year for the past 15 years. All of them are normal and most of the times I reach stage 5-6 of Bruce protocol. I am active and do variety of exercises. Actually I have not had any PVC during stress test and in fact exercise wipes away for many hours. The recurrence of pvc is periodic. It comes for several weeks and disappear for several months. The frequency is also variable. In addition, things like food and anxiety can trigger it. Stomach upset can also trigger it. But things like drinking cold water and burbing reduces or stop it.
I have had a holter moniter more than a decade ago at a day where I had very few ectopic beats. The doctor told me it is Atrial ectopic beat after which I was relieved. However, recently I had another holter monitor during one of the frequent episodes. The result showed about 340 PVC-which got me worried. But the doctor told me that it is Ok since you do not get during exercise. He also informed me that I had few pauses less than 2 secondsduring sleep- he wasn't concerned about them and told me that it is due to vagus stimulation.
Now that I heard that it is pvc, I believe that I feel it once in while during exercise. Also I am more aware of it.
Please let me know what you think. And can I undergo abalation

It doesn't sound like you need an ablation. Post exercise PVCs are associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events, not necessarily PVCs during exercise. The problem is that even you did have post exercise PVCs, there is not a way to treat them, it is just recognized as a risk factor.
