is there evidence of low prog and unhealthy children?

Hello,

No.  But there is evidence that in early pregnancy a low prog level is associated with an increased risk of miscarriage (a level 25 are very reassuring and those in between are a gray zone.  Also, supplemental progesterone has not been shown to be beneficial (despite often being prescribed).
