Is this normal?

by Brittney223, May 05, 2008 04:36PM
Okay so In April of 2006 I was diagnosed with HPV! I am not ashamed of this, I accualy talk with my friends and girls about it like it was nothing. It has caused me some issues with my sex life! I had the leep procedure done because i had pre-cancerous cells on my cervix, Not it is painful to have sex! My doctor said that there was not anything new on the cervix and that the scare tissue didnt heal right. I am scared about it all.

There are lots of reasons for pain during intercourse, and your bad healing may be one of them.  I'd bring this up with your gynecologist.
