Plan B pill

by aph, May 05, 2008 07:27PM
Okay, my girlfriend took the Plan B pill 5 days ago. Today is May 5th, we were fondling with out a condom on April 28th, and I may have got some semen on her area. I got worried so just to be sure I went on received the Plan B pill from a local drug store. She took it 48 hours after our incident and has felt fine until today. Today she felt nausea, and has a headache. They say women should be feeling these symptoms a week after sex if she is pregnant? Her last period was a month and 2 days ago. Is this late period, nausea, and headache a side effect of the Plan B pill, even though she has had no problem for 5 days?

I am not sure why she is feeling this way, but unless she was pregnant before this, it is unlikely that this is a result from a pregnancy occurring from your "incident" She should speak with her doctor if her period does not return and the symptoms persist.

I think those can be side effects from taking plan b.  It kind of throws your whole cycle off.  Or rather, it would throw her whole cycle off.  If she is worried about it, then maybe she should take a hpt, or go see her doctor.

those are nomal signs of taking that pill.. I myself took the pill and had the same signs i wouldn't worry about it and i am almost 100% sure your girlfriend is NOT pregnant... Just be careful next time Plan B is not a good birthcontrol method.
