Any one had laser surgery

I have hernaation at c4 and bulding plus arthretic ridge at c5 c6 I have been getting physical therapy, feel better. I ride horses and feel nervous riding I was told not to ride or run I have stopped running, ride little bit carefully. I want the laser surgery i want to fix problem so I can ride and do my endurance races again. I could live without surgery but I have to give up what I love. I heard the laser surgeruy has great results. any comments mvero50
