I know i am depressed and have depression. is that why i never am hungry and can never get any sleep?

Oh yes, depression will definitely cause your symptoms.

Depression and anxiety can, and do very often cause severe loss of appitite.

When I was at my worst, I went several weeks on only 100 or so calories a day.

I just had no appitite. I was too freaked out by what was happening to me to even think about food. I slept, but at weird hours and my sleep was very disturbed and when I woke, I was even more exausted then before the sleep.
