I've had strange moments

I've had strange moments where I'd just space out for a moment, and then I'd slip into a mood with complete numbness, For example, I could be opening a door, and right when I have my hand on the door knob, I would freeze in my place, breathe deeply, and then when I snapped out of it, I lost all of my energy, enthusiasm, and my will to move. Is this common, or is this weird?
