No PVC post exercise

Hi Doc
I did not say that I have pvc post exercise. I do not get pvc for a long time after exercise.  But in any case, what long after an exercise pvc is considered to be post exercise?
I appreciate your comments.
Thanks

The period of what constitutes post exercise was not really defined in the article.  I assume that it means in the minutes after exercising when your heart rate is slowing down close to its pre exercise rate.  I don't want this to be the point that you focus on though because even if you have it, it is not a reversible risk factor.

As an example, my grandfather and uncle have coronary artery disease.  This is not a high risk factor but suggests that I am at risk for coronary disease.  I don't focus on the risk, I focus on preventable factors like diet, exercise, appropriate rest, no smoking, etc.
