Staying clean & stripping

I came to LA from San FRancisco and am trying to get in the movies. When I need money, I work as a Exotic Dances and sometimes do all nude dances clubs. When a guy cums on his leg in his pants, Im not scared.
But when they are out of the pants i get it on me, sometimes right near myh vagina. This girl told me that cleaning myself with vinegar and wamr water works to kill anything. What do you think I need to do? I cant go to a doctor rite now.
