Degenerative Disc Disease

Im 41 yrs. old and was told awhile ago I had degenerative disc disease in my back and neck, what exactly does that mean for me as far as symptoms and activities being reduced. I hurt my back really bad last yr., have serious pain into both feet and toes, was told I had spinal stenois?, and 6 bulging discs in my neck, and 3 bulging in my lower spine, with one protuding out and something about formanal canal? I guess pinching of the nerves....but yet the second EMG showed no pinched nerves, only old damage supposively, asked if I ever broke my leg, Not that I know of!!, Now they say I have a secondary condition know as RSD...with the heat, extreme cold, change in color and texture of my skin on my feet, legs and arms and hands.....I really dont know what the hell is wrong...I have alot of pain trying to walk, especially on concrete or hard surfices, they also said my facet joints are rubbing bone to bone, does anybody have any suggestions, Cus apparently Im pretty screwed up now...I lifted way too much weight and redid a whole house, extreme work for a female, and lifted my deceased Mom when she was sick.....Please Help any suggestions would be apprecitated....:(
