Hey, sounds OK to me. Ejaculations will vary from one to the next and as a result you'll be able to notice the difference. Usually ejaculations are mostly white/creamy colored and smooth in consistency. The actual sperm in an ejaculation is often jelly-like or clumpy in consistency and yellowish in color. Depending on the number of times one masturbates or releases semen through sexual behaviors, the less sperm will be available so you won't always notice it there. Hopefully some of this helps and will reassure you that all seems well. Write back for other questions.
