UTI or STD

About 9 months ago I had unprotected sex with a woman that I don't know. Lets just say I am never drinking again and I will never go to a bar again.
A day after I got a burning sensation and 3 days later it escalated to the point where I couldn't take the burning / pressure and went to the emergency room. They did a culture (swab) test and urine but no blood. According to them my urine came back fine and if I didn't hear back from them in a few days the culture was fine. They immediately gave me 6 pills and a shot. Not sure what they were since they were only listed as pharmacy on the bill. Needless to say it went away after a few days.
About a month or two ago I began to feel similar symptoms but very mild. I normally drink a gallon of water a day and thought it would pass. Up until last week it go worse and worse. So I went to the doctor. He gave me two antibiotics. He said if I had clamidia or gonorrhea that it would take care of it. He took blood tests and told me it would allow for a better reading plus he could test for HIV. I was suppose to hear yesterday but they closed for some reason Monday and Tuesday when they are normally open.
Honestly I am going out of my mind. I can't take the burning anymore. All the antibiotics are gone and the pain has not gone away. I have tried AZO's to dull the pain but they do not work.
I would appreciate any helpful advice or other people's experiences on similar issues.
