dislocated elbow

I had my elbow dislocated 2 years back and i started to work again after 6 monthes, but every time i work out, i feel that the elbow ligamens get loose, and i can't work out any more, is there any soluation for that case?

Hi allwesi, how are you? What had triggered the first elbow dislocation? Did you consult a orthopedic doctor and get it treated? How frequently are you facing the problem of dislocation and do you see any particular cause for it? Do not lift heavy weight or try to keep your hand below your head while sleeping. I do advice you to get an physical examination done with a orthopedic surgeon and discuss the plan of care including the investigation and any corrective surgery. Take care and update on doctor advise.
