body never at rest

I am a 57 year old female and as long as I can remember I have  had tics and a need to move parts of mu body, necks, eyes, shoulders, stomach and it switches from year to year.

There are two parts to this. One is the movement.
I know it's worse when I am nervous and tense.  I  have seen neurologist over the years. I thought for a while I had Tourettes but I don't think it's that severe.

The best way to describe part two is that I can feel electrical-type impulses moving around my body.I don't actually see any movement when this happens but I am aware of something that feels like I am slightly being zapped. I look down at my hand to see if they are moving but they are not.

My body just never feels at rest.

Hello: I'm a 54 year old male...I started getting the shivers/chills through my body about a month ago and still have them everyday all day!!! Have also had chest pains for just about a year now and they can't find anything. They got so bad on Monday night 5/12/08 I went to the ER and they kept me over night and did some more testing; found nothing. I've also had all kinds of blood work, 2 chests x-rays 2 stress test and they can't find anything wrong. I got a rash on different parts of my body around the same time as the shivering started (six weeks ago or so.) They did a biopsy of the skin on my stomach didn’t really fine anything relating to these chills/shivering/feeling like electrical impulses are moving through my body. Any Ideas? This is driving me crazy...
