As for the start date of AF, you can add that information on any date in your tracker. Click on the date when your period started and you can add information on menses (spotting, light, medium, or heavy). You can use the slider at the top of the tracker to move back and forth in time. So if you want to go back to March 1st and enter in menses=heavy, move the slider until you hit March 1st. Then click on the column that says March 1st and add in your information.
