Really BAD MOTION SICKNESS will not subside!!

by crid, May 06, 2008 05:18PM
We had to do a lab today in which we had to spin around in a chair for 20 seconds, then try to walk a line, to represent being drunk. Well I did it, and I was so dizzy I couldn't even get up. I sat by the window for the rest of the class and even into my lunch. When I got the courage to get up, I went straight to my office. I laid there for a while, then the principal came in and said I looked really bad and needed to go home. I'm surprised I didn't get in trouble for swearing, because I was swearing like a sailor because I was so dizzy and nauseas.

Well after I spun around, I became very shaky. My hands were trembling really bad. Also, half of my hands were tingly (the ring finger and pinky half of my hand). And I think I was hyperventilating. I was breathing really deep because I felt so nauseas, trying not to throw up. And that made me feel lightheaded. I did throw up at school, then came home, and from the car ride threw up again. Then I slept for over 3 hours. It's now been over 8 hours and I'm STILL feeling the side effects of spinning. Its way better than earlier, but I still feel kind of hazy. And I must've really been out of it, because I don't remember much in school from today, its all a blur.

Why am I so sensitive when it comes to motion sickness?
Why did my hands get tingly?
And why is it taking so long for me to recover?

I don't know what else to do to make it go away and I can't stand it anymore because I still feel dizzy and nauseas.
