THIS MORNING I WAS VERY GASEE BOTH BURP AND FART AS THE DAY WENT BY IT GOT WORSE EVERY TIME I WOULD BURP A BURNING SENSATION WOULD CLIME TO THE TOP OF MY THROTE SEARIOSLY PAINFULL IS IT BECAUSE I EAT TO MUCH HOT SAUCE? I TOOK (4 )PEPTO BISMO TABLETS BUT NOTHING IT GOT WORSE  I STARTED SWEATING FELT NASIA TRIED TO INDUCE VOMITING BUT I GOT A REAL BAD PAIN COME FROM MY SHRODUM SO I STOPED FELT NASIATED PRESSURED WITH HEAD ACHE I HAVENT ATE ANY THING TODAY I FREAKING SCARED, IM ACTUALY VERY GASEE IVE FELT HEATBURN BEFORE BUT NEVER LIKE THIS

Could you cut the caps? It sounds like you're shouting. However, for the heartburn, you should call your doc and make an appt to be tested for H. pylori at the very least. If this is heartburn, you may want to consider following a GERD diet (check the gicare website for a GERD diet) until you see your doc. But some of the symptoms of what appears to be heartburn could also come from a malfunctioning gallbladder, so you need to make sure you go over your whole history of any discomfort to make sure your doc does the correct tests to find out what's going on.j

In the meantime, get rid of the hot sauce. Look up that GERD diet.
