Like I wrote to someone else previously, if you sit around and worry all the time, NOTHING CHANGES. If you have a miscarriage, it would be inevitable. However, if it's your first pregnancy then you have no history of miscarriage and unless you are bleeding or cramping really bad, why worry too much about it?

Yes, a lot of women do have miscarriages, unfortunately, myself included. However, even with our history we are still excited because this is an exciting time and we understand how lucky we are.

No one can make you be excited but you have nothing to lose. If you sit around and worry all the time, that doesnt decrease your chances of miscarriage - if anything the stress might make it worse. So try your best to relax and be a little more optimistic.

Don't worry Jaime, youre not the only one who worries like this! I've had several awful dreams about having a miscarriage and a few women I work with said this is totally normal. As long as you're not consumed with these thoughts ALL DAY LONG, then you are fine. If you are consumed, I would speak to your OB/GYN or Prenatal Nurse to see if they can help. Other than that, relax and try not to stress!

Try to not think about M/C.....I had one in Dec...a missed M/C meaning my body still thought I was pregnant...I had no symptoms at all and didn't find out until I went for an U/S......My U/S last week was the scariest ever, but all was well.......Like Elyz1214 said, if it's going to happen, it will...and there's nothing that we can do about it......Just try (I know it's hard) to relax and think happy thoughts.......
