what is the diagnosis of this? any thoughts?

I had a sexual intercourse about 2 month ago with my ex.
I follow a protocol of using condoms all the time and washing my genitals with soap 3 times and rubbing the area with vazeline to seal the pores in skin after soap washing, we had 5 sexual encounters throughout the weekend.

After one month I was traveling and tired, in the hotel I used the bathroom body lotion for masturbation and then in 2 days I noticed "by accident" a coagulated scar that came off near the shaft base, it left a wet ulcer like red and PAINLESS area. I applied a lot of alcohol in the area with a tissue continuously. The area around it became red like a rash and it also looked dry with white dandruff on the skin, I freaked out of herpes...  I used Abreeva uncertain of its benefit.

I think it took it over a week till it was back to normal, the scab that formed fell and smaller scab formed, and then a complete healing. I wasn't sure, allergy or herpes infection?  I NEVER had it before. I was depressed.

after 2 weeks, I felt light tingling about 2 cm away from the previous area, after that there was small dandruff like things on the surface, and there was a PAINLESS blister that started to form in the middle of a 1 cm area or redness. it became elevated along with the skin that surrounded it. It was semi clear then yellow as it got bigger and I made sure not to open it.

This evening the side of the blister leaked pus. thick and yellow, white and red in the final amounts of it. The blister became less elevated, it feels a bit itchy, no pain.

NO LYMPH NODES/FEVER in the story.

what was going on? could it be herpes?

It could be, but it's more likely to be a bacterially infected follicle.  Not likely to be an STD, or anything related to your sexual encounters.  I advise you to leave the area alone, to apply bacitracin or neosporin daily, and to consult a physician in person when you can.

Take care.

To: Regarding the pictures of the lesions
I took pictures of the later blister I had, the links are arranged according to time:

The start of the blister:

When it became elevated and bigger:

After the pus drained from the side:

I hope that helps.
