Gas Pain Relief, PLEASE!

I have been having extremely bad pain in my lower abdomen. My OB/GYN told me that the this could be caused by gas pains, or just simple cramping that happens during some first pregnancies. I don't know what to do because the pain is so awful at times! Tylenol extra strength helped a bit, but I was wondering if there's something I could take for gas pain relief to see if that helps any better.

Try Gas-X. I get really bad gas pains sometimes & they r definitely worse when I am pregnant. It worked for me.
