STD transmission via oral sex and rubbing genitals

I was in Rio a few weeks ago and received oral sex from a commercial prostitute for about 20 seconds.  There was also rubbing of our genitals for a couple of minutes.  The next day I felt a tingling at the head of my penis and a very very slight burning sensation dring urination.  About a week later I went to the doctor and tested for all stds.  Everything came out negative.  2 weeks later I began to get burning again and a very slight discharge.  I have gone back in to get retested for stds again and I am awaiting my results now.  My question is if I did contract chlamydia or some other std, what is the risk of also contracting hiv from receiving oral sex from a woman and also what is the risk of hiv transmission rubbing genitalia.

Your contact was no risk. STDs do not show up the next day after contact. Your symptoms may be anoher problem like prostatitis. Since you were examined by a Doctor and you tested negative, which I would not have recommended, you are fine. Take care

One more question, how long does it take to test positive after being infected with chlamydia?

My results from the swab test came back negative.  Hope those swab tests are accurate.

Now Im getting on and off again pain in my testicles and down the groin.  Kind of like a dull shooting pain.  What is going on here?  I did end up taking meds for chlamydia just in case the tests were wrong.  I took it a few days ago.  I dont know what else this could be.  Im not getting discharge anymore but it still feels irritated when I urinate.
What could this be?

It could be an infection in your prostate, which might or might not be related to sex.  It might be a good idea to get a referral to the urologist now.

Went to the urologit.  Got tested again for chlamydia and they are running tests for prostatitis as well.    

Question:  Can chlamydia cause a light rash in the pubic area.  I noticed about 4 red spots in the pubic area about two inches apart from each other.  None on the penis.  They look like pimples but they do not itch or hurt in any way.

Chlamydia wouldn't, no.

If they don't go away, or if they get worse or hurt, then follow up with the doc.
