i have a small "gel like" deposit on the inside corner of my eye, actually on the eye ball itself, its very mildly painful. SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?

Eye Pain = needs eye exam by Eye MD. Yes you should be concerned. Find and eye MD (at www.aao.org) and call and get in ASAP to have it checked out.
