Reason To Be Concerned

I have a 5 year old daughter. She weighs 67 lbs and is a little over 4ft tall. Around 4 1/2 we noticed that she had started growing pubic hair. It has continued to grow. She must wash her underarms night and morning and wear deoderant because her body odor is awful. Her dentist has stated that her teeth look like those of an 8 year old. She also has awful mood swings. I have been concerned for some time. I have finally convinced her ped to refer us to a pediatric endocrinologist. They symptoms I mention, do they fall within precousious puberty? Also, what can be done for something like this and what can I expect at her first visit with the pediatric endocrinologist?

Thank you,
