Thank You, Tammy
My concern was the High Rheum. number --- HOW HIGH is it?
And what does it mean --- etc. etc.
LOL!
Ah life is interesting with numbers...
Hugs --- GLAD that all went well sweetie!!!!

(done with the dumb a*s exam story, lol.)
Tammy, I see you decided to tx and if you don't mind, as per others with that low damage, what made you decide to do it now versus wait awhile?
Just curious and you can PM if you'd prefer, or say 'none ya biz' :)

Me too:) Love it. One NP said a line about a 'chat room', I let her know we are NOT a chat room, not looking for love but cure and knowledge! (We are closer now, lol!)
All very good reasons, and well said. I know many with early damage struggle with this choice. I had some damage, this trial was going on, slipped from dx (may 07) to bx right into tx. And very glad it's behind me. As for can you keep up with all the gym duties (kickboxing rocks! Cheers to your daughter!).....it's so hard to say for each person. Are you doing 48 weeks? Didn't see a Geno on your profile. Keeping up with normal life is a struggle for many on tx, than some not. A lot of physical activity may be hard for you. Unfortunately, none know until they start the drugs. Hopefully you can or perhaps have someone help with it all.
Also, don't stress too much on putting your family at risk. Of course be more careful now, but I (many of us, perhaps you too) have had this estimated 30 years without knowing. All my sons are neg. as anyone I have dated, etc. So while being cautious, don't put too much worry on yourself there.
Good luck to you (and your daughter this year:), be watching for your tx and post,
LL
P.S. to Meki....and back to your question here, lol
Meki won't mind if we 'tread in her thread' :) I don't either.

I'm scheduled to see an internist on May 21 --- sorta rushing it - but I'm all cool with that... Better knowing than being left in the dark for 6 months waiting.
One of my friends works -- I won't say where ---- LOL - -- but said the concern is Lupus. So I guess - that until a DX is made - I can sit here thinking about Lupus -- or I can have some fun --- not worry about it much... And just let the next couple of weeks (days) go by and enjoy my life...
Ahhh --- now if I could just get the weather to cooperate.

I hate to hear you still have health issues after all you have been through!

I'm doing my hard core Corner Time after my Boxing match right now... LOL! And I've only had one good round with Ali... LOL!
But I'm seriously hoping that the guy with the water bottle and the guy with the cold press and vaseline knows what he's doing!
I don't know about the ANA stuff - The person who mentioned that Lupus was the concern is in an office environment where they don't know a whole heckuva lot about any of this stuff at all.
Me - I just wanna get my gloves laced up between now and then. *grin*
