I AM 15 YEARS OLD N I HAVE FAST METABOLISM WHEN I HAD STARTED SMOKEING THATS WHEN I HAD STARTED LOSEING WEIGHT BUT I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I GAIN THE WEIGHT THAT I HAD LOST OR IF I CAN USE VITAMINS TO HELP ME BUT SOMETIMES MY BODY IS USE TO  NOT EATING SOMETIMES SO WHEN I DO EAT I KINDA GET SICK BUT I LOVE EATING FOOD ALOT BUT I WANT TO KNOW IF ITS GONNA BE HARD FOR ME TO GAIN MY WEIGHT BACK ?

The very best thing you can do for yourself is to stop smoking..it is a totally unhealthy habit, and when you stop, your appetite will come back, and you can regain what you lost.
