I think I have herpes

I had unprotected sex with a guy about three weeks ago.  And at the end of last week I started getting the fishy smell and maybe two days later i started have a yellow discharge( alot, more than usual).  This morning when I woke up i notice that i had bumps on the lips and inside of my vigina and its painful when I urine.  Is this a sign that I have herpes.  Someone pls let me know.  I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but I just want to know what to look for.

The fishy smell sounds like bacterial vaginosis, which is really just an overgrowth of normal bacteria and is not considered to be an STD.  The bumps could be herpes, so it is good you are going to the doctor tomorrow.  Make sure they do a type-specific viral culture.
