The presence of any foreign body, in your case a bullet, inside the skull can give rise to all sorts of symptoms, and may explain the majority of the symptoms that you are experiencing. Some people with a similar problem usually lives by their condition, and only taking medications for the symptoms such as pain. Any surgery to the skull and head carries some serious risks, and this is one reason that some people would opt to leave the foreign body there and not have it touched. However, if the symptoms become debilitating and can be attributed to bullet, then surgical removal is an option. Just make sure that your neurosurgeon has explained all the risks involved during and after the surgery.
Regards and God bless.
