I had a Transvaginal ultrasound and it says there that "few small follicles are noted in both ovaries" and that "minimal free fluid is noted in the posterior cul de sac."

What that does mean? I'm 18 years old. My first day of period was exactly 10 days before I had the ultrasound. I was asked to have an ultrasound because when I went to my ob-gyne for regular check-up, she felt something that was needed to be checked.

Hi There
that sounds like a perfect and normal ultrasound report.
follicles are the little cysts the your egg cells are nourished in
everyone has a little free fluid int he abdomen; it can increase around the time of ovulation
