Pain in a testicle that runs down a leg  is unlikely to be truly from the testicle. Something involving the spinal nerves on that side (or in your case, both sides), such as a spinal disc is a possible cause. Hydroceles (fluid collection around the testicle) without an infection or a history of recent trauma usually do not cause pain. Testes tumors usually are not very painful, if they cause any at all, and the ultrasound eliminated that as a possibility.
I think that you should avoid lifting and bending as much as possible and see an internal medicine physician or a family practitioner to get an initial evaluation. Unfortunately, this will cost some dollars. Perhaps you can find a free clinic in your area that can evaluate you. Inquire at a church or food kitchen about this if the dollars are truly impossible to obtain.

I am 13 years old and have not had a wet dream and and my penis has not grown yet. I have some pubic hairs though. My groin has been paining for about a week and my testicals sometimes hurts. I kept touching my testicals because i thougt they had lumps on them. I shoed my 18 year old brother and said i was fine. I'm still worried because i know that groin pains could be something to do with testicular cancer. Also my testicals expand and contract on there own withought me even doing anything. I'm scared to tell people. Is there anything wrong with me? Should i be worried? Thankyou
