MS symptons or not?

For the last couple of days I have been feeling quite well, the best in 3 months, but today all aching again with buzzing muscles weak legs pain in arms again. and numb spots on face are larger, would this be consistant with MS? and a new one cramp on one side of tongue that comes and goes?
