12 weeks 2 days please help

i just got up to go to the bathroom and when i got off the toliet i realize i was bleeding and it was a tiny blood clot in the toliet (tmi) i just went to the dr yesterday an we heard the heartbeat and i go back today for a ultrasound at 1:00 has anyone been through this. if so could you tell me what it possibly be i just suffered a miscarriage in jan 2008 please help.

Ask the others but I'm not sure you should be eating crab while pregnant, we're told to stay away from prawns and stuff....
