1. Assure her that her body is okay even though some odd things are happening to it.
2. Keep her environment calm.
3. Watch the stimulus around her. Loud noises. T.V. Music. Arguing. Just Stressful situations,
4. sometimes she needs to just sit or lie down in a very quiet, serene room. Listen to very soft music or no music at all. Just quietness
5. Imagery. A nice happy mental place to go.
6. Help her to learn when to relax her muscles when she feels the episodes coming on.
