Lupus or Sjogrens?

I have been seeing numerous doctors for a lupus/sjogrens condition to which I have been unable to get a real diagnosis. Symptoms ranging from fatigue, muscle pain, reddened and swolen scalp with tiny red spots. With all of this, some abnormal blood finding i.e., ana, ssa antibodies, low platelets etc. What bothers me is that doctors won't treat me with any more than prednisone, antimalarial medications. None have affected my scalp condition. What other options might there be. Doctors now say I need antidepressants. I don't agree

Do you have joint pain and/or swelling ? Can you get a copy of your labwork and/or do you know what your platelet count is ?
