epilepsy or not

My daughter has had 4 seizures since march. She was put on dalantin, but is still having uncontrollable jerking in her arms and legs at times. The doctor now does not think this is epilepsy. Maybe migranes instead. Does this happen with migranes. To me she does not have symptoms of a migrane. Her head hurts, but the light does not bother her and she doesn't need to close her eyes because of the pain. Any ideas

Hi, if she remains conscious during jerking, it is unlikely to be epilepsy. What about her MRI and EEG reports? Well, there can be other reasons of jerking or tremors.
