I've tried to figure out if I've touched anything different lately and can't think of a thing in my environment that's any different. I thought maybe I'd developed some sort of excema, but these two instances are different from each other.
I don't have insurance so I can't afford to go to the doctor. Any ideas what this could be?

Mood: momeluv is sending out love & good thoughts to all my friends! Lisa had a blast at the water park yesterday! Haven't been to one since she was real small! She only missed one & that was because it was closed! She really is the light in my life! This could be allergic reactions to unknown substances, skin hypersensitivity, eczema, dermatitis or sun rash.
Do you notice the lesions trigerred in response to a specific stimulus like sun exposure?
You should try to keep the area dry and clean. Try some powder to absorb the sweat.
Apply calamine lotion at the site and take some oral antihistamine medications for your complaints.
If the symptoms are still persistent, consult your dermatologist and get a proper clinical evaluation done.
