If we assume(again) that your TSH is correctly indicating what your T3/T4 levels are, you are Hypo. It has probably taken a while to get there, and your symptoms will not go away immediately. You will need to get your hormones back up to speed, and then the symptoms will start fading.
It takes six weeks for the Levo (which is a generic and you should not take a generic thyroid med) to build to full strength in your body. Then you should be retested.
When you get retested, ask for a name brand form of Levothyroxine. You will be better off in the long run. Also, ask for a TSH, a Free T4, and a Free T3.
The "Free" tests are more modern and acurate. The T4 and T3 tests you were given are the pits. The T3 test doesn't even measure T3.
Get retested every six weeks until you get two test periods in a row showing your hormones are steady at the level you want them, and then have a TSH and a Free T4 run every three months.
