You might be oveloaded with toxins and after eating cake/fatty foods/chips/processed foods your whole blood supply rushes down to around your stomach to help the process of diagestion the food you ate. I had these symptoms very often before I detoxified my body. Now I do not have it at all.
Do a liver flush and you will feel better. If you need more info write personal message. There are people here that criticized me before for talking about everything natural and alternative, because tthey don't believe in any of this.Sunes.

I have read that cake and refined carbs can cause a rise in glucose/insulin levels.  So your blood sugar rises and then falls leaving you tired and hungry again.  (for nondiabetics) It is best not eat refined carbs and snack on healthy foods (veggies) that will improve your satiety in your energy levels.

oops.  Can't figure out how to edit.  Glucose and insulin rise with refined carbs for a normal person.

I believe in a diabetic person, glucose would rise and might stay elevated do to lack of insulin.  Refined carbs are bad for everyone.
