Anxiety related to stomach issues???

by danedeva, May 08, 2008 02:22PM
I was diagnosed with acid reflux/Gerd last year and since then I'm always in my head worrying about my health. I do not get sick much so this is a bit too much for me and I know it's because my bodies getting older. I'm always having issues with my stomach, and lately my heart has been beatting fast, which could be the anxiety. I swear my consatnt thoughts are tearing me apart. I correct it by eating right and when i stray off and eat bad a few days, I feel real guilty and the anxiety comes back, atleast I think it's the anxiousness. I'm tired of always worrying about my health.

Can anyone recommend a solution. I do realize it's me who needs to make the lifestyle change.

Thanks.
