I'm 29y/o For the past four months, my period has been early by 3-12 days. What used to be 4 days is now 4 to 9 days. Abdominal cramping to the point that I had to take a day off of work this month. Im having really bad cramping and horrible lower back pain. A week after my  period is over, I start passing clots. They are rougly the size of a nickle and quarter and last for over a week.I thought they had stopped for this month, but I have passed four of them today. No children, no birth control, and major fear of going to the gynocologist. also, any tips on how to get over the anxiety of going to a gynocologist? I havent been in for years because of the anxiety attacks just thinking about it! Was checked out right after a rape and havent been back since. Thank you and I hope you can help me with this.

Hello,

Well, you need to be seen by a gynecologist to evaluate you for menstrual changes.  Regarding getting over your anxiety, I suggest you see a therapist to help you with this.  It is important a woman have routine annual gyn care throughout her life, so this is something I hope you are able to overcome because I think it will benefit your health over the course of your life.

Best regards,

Dr. Downing

To: large blood clots and menstrual lasted exactly for two weeks
Hello,
I'm 19 y/o and I always had a irregular cycle ever since i was 12 y/o. Of course it is a hormonal issue. But previously my menstrual lasted for approx. two weeks. There were blood clots that was bigger than a size of a quarter, severe abdominal pains, light headed, fatigue, nausea and body aches. When my doctor looked at me she said it was my period because it was coming straight from my cervix. My doctor gave me some medicine that i take one pill for ten days. The medicine was suppose to reset my cycle. From the first day to the 8th day no signs of bleeding but on the 9th day the bleeding appeared again. But this time not as heavy very light. I have been bleeding three weeks out of the month. Im losing too much blood and my iron is very low.
