Achy lower tummy

ok so I am really achy not really crampy just achy in my lower tummy and it's at times sharp enough to make me bend over....waht would cause that?  Is it contractions or just cause my tummy is so huge?

It's probably round ligament pain, they can be pretty bad.  Totally normal, don't worry  :)

My daughter is 13 years of age. She started her periods last month. But she hasnt been on since. She's had pains by her ribs, in the center of her stomach and in the lower stomach area. This had been going on up to 3 weeks on and off
