Cyst or Sore?

Ok, I picked the topic "Allergy" because I have this cysts or sore on the right side of my nose close to my tear duct. I took accutane for about 4 months because I had severe cystic acne which cleared my skin, but left the cyst/sore on my nose. But now after thinking about it for ONE AND A HALF YEARS my parents and I think that it has something to do with my allergies. It drains constantly white/yellow pus and will not heal. I have tried numerous antibiotics, topicals, steroid injections, and once I even tried surgery. I had an MRI or CT Scan done, one of the two, and it showed that the area was small and did not go very deep. I am out of questions and my doctors are out of answers, so if anybody has any ideas or similar personal experiences that healed up, I would love to hear about them. I am very desperate to get this thing healed up!
