Need help with a 5year old getting ready to turn 6!

I have a 5 Year old son gettting ready to turn 6. I am very affraid for him and others around him. He has stabbed a little girl in his class with a pencil and she had to go to the ER. He chocked another kid at school. He kicks other kids and slaps them as well as his teachers and principal. He has been calling them *****'s and ******'s and we don't allow that kind of talk in our home. I don't know where he learned it from but uses it very often. He keeps saying that he is going home. Today he actually ran out of the bus line and started waling home. He crossed a busy street and was going to cross another when we found him. I don't know what to do with him. I have punished him so much that it doesn't fase him anymore. I've taken everything away example: toys, bike, going and doing things, and any other thing. I've tried spanking him it doesn't work. Time outs don't work. I need some help any help. Please I dont know what to do any more. I'm about ready to be at the point that I may have to give my only chold up because I don't know what to do with him any more and it makes me so sick. Any help at all would be great please I need it desperatly!!

My suggestion would be to talk to both your pediatrician and a phyciatrist. Together they can access the way your child interacts in different situations and determine if it might be a behavioral disorder.
