I understand how hard this has been for you. Urinary tract infections are one of the more complex conditions as not all them may present in a clear cut ,textbook type of manifestation. In your case, it sounds like a UTI but the thing about your case is that it has been recurrent despite the medications.
You have had several scans done. Were there anything in the scans which showed some abnormalities or structural involvement? Usually for recurrent UTI's in young patients, a structural or anatomical defect has to be ruled out.
Another thing to consider here is, are they treating the right organism? Bacterial infections are the most common cause of UTI but other organisms may also infect the urinary tract including fungal infections and TB. Was there any previous exposure with tuberculosis?
Another thing to consider here is an underlying systemic condition like diabetes. Were blood tests taken along this line?
