IS IT NORMAL?

by CHANEL167, May 08, 2008 09:05PM
AFTER MY SECOND CHILD/ C-SECTION WHICH WAS ALMOST FOUR YEARS AGO. MY CYCLE HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN. IT SOMETIMES COMES TWICE A MONTH. AND WENT FROM LASTING 3 DAYS TO 5 OR 6. I ALSO HAVE DIME TO NICKLE SIZE BLOOD CLOTS. I'VE ALSO BEEN CRAMPING A LOT AND GETTING HEADACHES DURING THIS TIME. AFTER MY SECOND CHILD I HAD MY TUBES TIED AND AM NOW DEBATING ON ANOTHER.  IS A HYSTERECTOMY GOOD TO CONSIDER WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS? AND SHOULD I HAVE MY TUBES REVERSED?

thanks so much!

You are now debating??? Having another child? If so you most definately don't want a hysterectomy.  Maybe you just need the decks cleaned with a D&C and things will be better.  If you want to have anothe baby then you will have to have the tubal ligation reversed.  In addition to all that sometimes they will put women having hard menstrual cycles on the pill and that takes care of most if not all those symptoms you are having.  If you are conflicted on having more children you should not even be thinking about hysterectomy.  Add to that, they won't do a major surgery like a hysterectomy for those things you mention most likely.  I hope I helped you a little.
