Neurofibromatosis and Cherubism

I have possible Neurofibromatosis and Cherubism with lesions in the  long bones as well. I  have not had any genetic testing done to determine exactly what is wrong with me and have only been treated as symptoms and complications present themselves. With this being said would genetic testing be waranted to determine exactly what defects I have and whether or not I could pass these on to any future children?  I know some fibrous dysplasia are moasic and others are not. I however do not know if they have pinpointed the exact location of the genes which can cause the disease and how much it would cost for all the tests.
