I dont know whats wrong with me :'(

Today is Thursday and ever since Monday have been continuously nauseated but have not been vomiting and i am only able to eat very small amounts of food without it going right through me. Some opinions think its stress from my job and my recent car accident and my mom seems to think that its a eating disorder and some think its just a stomach virus because about a month ago i had one but only lasted 24 hours but i have not none a virus to last more than a day. I have lost maybe five pounds within the last couple days and now weight 128 and panicking seeing how i am an emetophobic. I need your advice please please help me. i feel like there is a lump in my throat and alot of the time i dont want to eat and dont have an urge to eat even though my stomach may be growling.

What you describe is the oppostie of emotional eating, which is over eating when under stress.  Many people do what you do...lose their appetite when under stress, and the lump in your throat is definetly a strong sign of stress.  The way to solve the stomach problem is to find a better solution to your work stress.  On the other hand, there are physical things like virus or stomach ulcers that can cause the same stomach symptoms, and because of that you should see your doctor for an exam and lab tests.
