Hi shikhs,
Your kid is having acute watery diarrhea. The most common reason in this age group is  infection with rota virus.
Rota viral infection is self limiting. It will stop on its own in a couple of days. You have to be careful about the hydration status of your kid. Look for the urine output and the activity. If the urine output is less or if the baby is less active, the baby needs medical care.
Some amount of lactose intolerance is there. But there is no need to stop breast feeding. Instead you can give probiotics or yoghurt while continuing to breast feed.

Continue breast feeding as it helps in maintaining the hydration and also provide vital antibodies.
